Princess Dress Pull-Apart Cupcakes are the perfect princess cake idea for a birthday party or special event.

Cupcakes are simple to make, and with some basic piping skills and decorations, you can create something fit for a princess.

Every year for my daughter’s birthday, we host a celebration at home, and I’ve been baking her cakes since she was two. This particular birthday, we decided to have a princess pizza party.

We prepared pizzas, a princess pinata, and cupcakes in the shape of a princess dress cake.

The amazing part about this story is that I prepared this cake while stationed in Germany.

That is where my cake decorating experience began, and it has been interesting to see how much my creations have progressed.

Little did I realize that was the beginning of many home celebrations, and that I would be baking the majority of her birthday cakes.

I normally get a lot of my inspiration from Pinterest.

It has become my go-to destination for all things cake, as well as for assistance with party planning.

I baked these princess dress cupcakes on two separate occasions.

Once for my daughter’s second birthday, as previously said, and another for my niece’s seventh birthday.

Both of these cakes were made several years ago, so you can see the difference and how you can truly personalize it by changing the colors, decorations, and cake toppers.

The following are the steps for making Princess Dress Pull-Apart Cupcakes:
